Certified personal trainer with a background in nutrition and strength & conditioning. As a Type 1 diabetic, I’ve experienced every high and low fitness can bring—weight fluctuations, lost conditioning, setbacks, and the process of rebuilding into the strongest, fittest version of myself.

I run ultra marathons and train with a mindset that doesn’t quit. That same approach carries into my coaching. If your goal is to finish a dream race, improve performance outdoors, or simply become a stronger, more capable human—physically and mentally—I design programming and check-ins that actually get you there.
