Certified personal trainer with a background in nutrition and strength & conditioning. As a Type 1 diabetic, I’ve experienced every high and low fitness can bring—weight fluctuations, lost conditioning, setbacks, and the process of rebuilding into the strongest, fittest version of myself.

I run ultra marathons and train with a mindset that doesn’t quit. That same approach carries into my coaching. If your goal is to finish a dream race, improve performance outdoors, or simply become a stronger, more capable human—physically and mentally—I design programming and check-ins that actually get you there.

My mission is to help shift fitness away from pure bodybuilding and toward real, functional training—the kind that performs in the mountains, builds resilience, and still makes you look good doing it.
